CWDM & LAN-WDM – Color Cube
Especially for designs and applications where space is a deciding factor, the Color Cube product family is an ideal solution. The unique packaging based on Cube Optics patented technologies not only results in the small form factor but also provides an outstanding performance and reliability.
Various configurations are available covering CWDM & LAN-WDM grids, for single- or multimode fiber. In addition, the Color Cubes are available with or without Upgrade Port and as either Mux or DeMux or a combined module with Mux and DeMux in one.
DWDM and CWDM – Modules
Our DWDM and CWDM Modules product family is based on 3-port cascades that are designed to offer the best possible optical performance. Numerous configurations are available for the 400, 200, 100 and 50GHz DWDM grids as well as CWDM grid.

Bandsplitter – Color Cubes, 3-Ports
Our portfolio includes simple WWDM 1310/1550 bandsplitters and various CWDM bandsplitters for upgrades and extensions from e.g. 4 to 8 channels. For the latter one of the most important characteristics is the number of skipped (i.e. non-useable) channels, ranging from 0 to 2.
Depending on the functionality the Bandsplitters come as 3-ports components or as a Color Cube.

Special grid Bandfilter – Color Cubes
The special grid Color Cubes are designed for sensing applications and therefore can split or combine different bands, ranging from UV, VIS to IR, with an ultra-high, out-off band rejection of up to 90dB.
They are used e.g. for Raman and fluorescence spectroscopy, sensing and microscopy.

Fused Couplers and PLC Splitters
The FBT couplers are based on fiber fusion and are used to split, respectively combine, power. Also, they can be made wavelength sensitive to provide a WDM functionality.
The PLC splitters on the other hand are lightwave circuit based and are ideal when it comes to higher splitting ratios (> 1:4). The PLC splitters ideal for FTTx applications with splitting ratios up to 1:64.

We offer a wide range of switches for telecom or sensor applications, ranging from 1x1 to 1x16 ports. They are ideally suited for variable optical attenuations, protection/bypass switching and/or sensing applications.
