For us, successful management systems are based on well-defined, regularly monitored, and continually reviewed and improved business processes. Product quality begins in product engineering and continues through our operations department – including supplier quality – while environmental responsibility is embedded throughout our value chain.
We constantly review data and statistics to identify and prevent issues before they recur. Our goal is to achieve sustainable resolutions to all customer complaints and to continuously improve our environmental performance.
We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and fully Telcordia qualified. We are more than happy to supply further information regarding these certifications.

We are certified as AEO Operator.
The AEO concept is based on the Customs-to-Business partnership introduced by the World Customs Organisation (WCO). The European Photonics Industry Consortium (EPIC) is a not-for-profit association with headquarters in Paris, France. EPIC serves the photonics community through a regular series of workshops, market studies and partnering. EPIC focuses its actions on LEDs and OLEDs for lighting, optical fiber telecommunications, laser manufacturing, sensors, photovoltaics and photonics for life sciences.

Optence e.V., the regional Optical Technologies Expertise Network for Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, was founded in 2001 upon an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
