For us, successful Quality Management is based on well-defined, regularly monitored and continually reviewed and improved business processes. Product Quality starts in product engineering and continues into our operations department – including supplier quality.
We constantly review data and statistics that help us to understand where things broke down so that they don't happen again. Our goal is to achieve sustainable resolutions to all customer complaints.

The European Photonics Industry Consortium (EPIC) is a not-for-profit association with headquarters in Paris, France. EPIC serves the photonics community through a regular series of workshops, market studies and partnering. EPIC focuses its actions on LEDs and OLEDs for lighting, optical fiber telecommunications, laser manufacturing, sensors, photovoltaics and photonics for life sciences.

Optence e.V., the regional Optical Technologies Expertise Network for Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, was founded in 2001 upon an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. In its twenty years of existence it has become an established part of the German cluster landscape and has attracted over 100 members.
