The next step is an initial video call with the respective team leader and someone from human resources. The goal of this call is to get to know each other and to find out if both sides want to take the next step in the recruitment step.
A meeting in person in Mainz at our headquaters is what follows next. After all we want to give you a chance to see and experience your potential new workspace.
In addition to the meeting with the respective team leader, you will also be meeting other members of your potential future team with some time to ask each other questions.
Depending on what position you are applying for, you will be asked to prepare a presentation and to present it during your visit.
We carefully review everything we experienced and learnt from the individual candiates and make an offer to the one we feel is best suited for the position and that fits to the team and CUBO in general.
After signing your contract, you don't have to worry. We won't throw you in at the deep end. We have a very comprehensive and systematic onboarding programm which will provide you will all the information and knowledge you need to get started. Also, you have your new colleagues who will be there for you to answer any questions you may have.
Last but not least you also have the opportunity to further develop your skills with training courses and internal training.
